How does the VIP Membership work?
As a VIP member, you get access to exclusive pricing and styles. On the 1st of every month, we release a new collection. You have until the 5th to 'Shop' or 'Skip the Month.' If you don't skip by the 5th, your payment method will be charged for one member credit, which can be redeemed for any item or set.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase for all items in their original, unworn condition with tags attached. You can choose to exchange for a different size or style, receive store credit, or get a full refund to your original payment method.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 4-10 business days within the contiguous United States. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your fashion fix sooner. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide and 'True to Size' ratings based on customer feedback. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for boots and sizing down for open-toe heels. Our customer service team is also available to provide specific fit advice.
Can I cancel my VIP membership at any time?
Yes, there is no obligation to stay a member. You can cancel your VIP membership at any time by contacting our 24/7 customer service team via phone or live chat. You will still be able to use any remaining member credits in your account after canceling.
